TELL (Techno-Economic-Legal Learning) grew out of a decade-long journey of the International Conference on Law & Economics (ICLE), hosted across premier institutions in India since 2015. The initiative brings together multidisciplinary faculty, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to explore how law, economics, and technology shape the incentives that govern society.
The Law & Economics Trust, established at the 9th ICLE conference, guides TELL in building structured learning pathways, research programs, and collaborative networks that improve institutional effectiveness and public decision-making.
iCLE – International Conference on Law & Economics
Since 2015, ICLE has been India’s largest annual gathering for scholars working on Law & Economics. Hosted across the country’s leading academic institutions, the conference creates a platform for high-quality research, cross-disciplinary debate, and policy relevance.
